Alfred William DuPree III is a native of Dallas, Tx and grew up in a close nit community known as Hamilton Park. He got his passion for music from his dad the legendary musician ‘Big Al DuPree.’ Growing up Alfred had a passion for electronics, gadgets, and working as a DJ. At the age of 11, he got his first job driving a tractor that picked up golf balls at the TI Golf Course. He went on to work installing car stereos and office sound systems. At the age of 17 and before graduating high school, he entered a coop program and was employed at Texas Instruments in electrical engineering producing PCAD drawing for the US Army. Alfred went on to study acting at KD Studios where he did Crime Stopper reenactments. He was also a broadcaster at KVIL 103.7 FM radio.
On December 5, 1985 was the beginning of the EXQUISITE brand which birthed: Exquisite Auto Sales & Exquisite Auto Detail, Exquisite Communication (Pagers & Cellular Phones, Car Stereo, Auto Alarms, Window Tint, Paint & Body), Exquisite Funding Corporation, and Exquisite Printing Graphic Design and full-service print production.
